- Operating hosted buyer programmes to important exhibitions such as IMEX and EIBTM.
- Identifying advertising opportunities in our market, media coverage and press releases to generate interest in the destinations and products.
- Planning and coordinating focused FAM trips for MICE clients and Wholesalers.
- Brochure storage – we also create and print customized flyers and brochures for distribution.
- Monthly sales reports are prepared for our DMC's keeping them up to speed with the current trends and trade evolution.
- Contact and joint promotions with relevant Embassies and Tourism Boards, as required.
- Regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and facilitate sales to the trade.
- Workshops and promotions with our Wholesaler clients to sell the destinations to the retail trade.
- Regular sales visits to major cities in South Africa.
- Coordinating focused sales visits for our DMC's to our market.
- Market intelligence and related administration.
